A young couple of Parisian restaurateurs, Igor and Dasha, was enchanted by the beauty of nature and mild sunny climate of Code Azure 3 years ago when running their seasonal restaurant business for a few years so they decided to give up the glamour of Paris for the charm of the South of France.
Igor’s kitchen chef career spans through 15 years of cooperation with famous Michelin Star chefs like Guy Martin in Grand Vefour restaurant, he also used to work for Guy Martin cooking classes, mastered a different varieties of chef's experience: Japanese cuisine at Kong restaurant, decorated by famous French designer Philipp Starck, Indonesian cuisine in Makasssar restaurant, Marriott hotel, Paris, opening of Hanoi Caphé, trendy restaurant playing with a fusion of Asians cuisines. Igor is always passionate about the cuisine and a good observer, always searching for new flavors, he has developed a love for regional organic products, natural wines grew up and harvested by enthusiastic producers. Igor is always saying Generosity is what I was missing in the gastronomic restaurants. The cuisine I love is not only fine, but generous, out of the heart...
Originally educated as a lawyer Dasha received a Master degree at the International Hotel Business School Vatel, her Paris credentials include working for some notable Parisian houses like Hotel Bristol Paris, Renaissance Arc de Triomphe of Marriott Group and Café Pouchkine in Saint-Germain des Prés.
In Villa Cristalia Igor keeps entertaining his guests with his delicious dishes and cheerful disposition, always in good mood with dry sense of humor. Dasha is always busy taking care of the guests, the aspect she enjoys most in this hotel line of business.
